Green Monster Movement

In all seriousness, this is actually pretty good. I am the last person you would catch drinking those "Lean Green" juices from Odwalla or Naked or whatever. Growing green things and eating green things are all okay, but drink it? No thank you, I don't care how many spinach leaves I am consuming in a 4 oz serving of juice...I'd rather eat 2 gallons of spinach salad to make up for it. So you should take me seriously when I say...you really can not taste the spinach in this thing. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself.

2 cups of fresh spinach (it might help the juicing process if you steam if first)
1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond)
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen fruit ( I used blueberries)
1T milled flaxseed
Drizzle of honey or agave

Pulse in the blender and voila! It is suppossed to be a smooth green color. This is was happens when you have a mediocre blender that seems to be more interested in making as much noise as possible than actually blending your food.
Blue with pieces of spinach disperesed throughout. Thank you 9-year-old CuisinArt.
Get excited. This bad boy has 1 serving of dairy, 2 serving of vegetables, 3 servings of fruit, and only about 250 calories by my calculations.
