Joyous Almond Oatmeal

So. I love chocolate. AND coconut.

Another one of those crazy, laying-in-bed-at-night-and-can't-sleep ideas. I must have an oatmeal defficiency in my diet because all of my insomnia-inspired thoughts are oatmeal recipes.

And all I could think about was "I wish it was morning, I am hungry for breakfast"

What You Will Need:

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup water or milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon cocount extract
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
sprinkle of shredded coconut
sprinkle of sliced almonds

Make oatmeal in microwave as package directs. Add Cocoa Poweder, Agave, and Coconut Extract and mix thoroughly. Add other toppings on top and voila!


A healthified candy bar for breakfast. Mmmm.
